Hi, my name is Jalen Banks, I'm from Oakland, CA and I am 18 years old. Currently I'm an undergraduate studying film production at San Diego State University.  My passion is Cinematography but overall creating Visual Art. As a 15 year old in quarantine I had experience in Digital Photography & Graphic Design from the class I took my freshman year. Also as a 15 year old in quarantine, even though I loved photography and still do, I just wanted more. When I got my own camera I began filming almost everything that was in front of me (out of curiosity and boredness) but I couldn't do anything with the footage if I didn't know how to edit...So I found a patch for Adobe Premiere Pro and honestly the whole Adobe Creative Cloud and that's when the fun started! Constantly shooting and experimenting with adobe premiere pro and after effects, and also getting out and photographing the black lives matter protests inspired me to make a name for myself. JB Productions is not yet a production company for others but instead for myself to create and produce what I love: Films, Videos & Photographs. Although, I do offer SERVICES and WANT WORK!
